Welcome to the Heythrop College Help Desk
This service should be used by staff and students to report issues and requests to the IT Services team. the Help Desk is monitored regularly and staff will endeavour to respond to your requests promptly. Please be aware that generally requests are not necessarily dealt with in the order in which they are submitted, but are prioritised and allocated by the senior IT staff.
To submit a request please login (using your network, i.e. HELIOS, password). If you are unable to remember your username and/or password then you may also submit a request by email to help@heythrop.ac.uk - but please note that you can only send from a Heythrop email address, all other emails will be rejected (valid emails end with @heythrop.ac.uk or @heythropcollege.ac.uk).
